Project - YESAB Proposal
The Casino Mine Project Proposal was submitted to the executive committee of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board (YESAB) in January 2014, as required under the Yukon Environmental and Socio‐economic Assessment Act. On February 18, 2016, the Executive Committee determined that the Casino Mine Project requires a Panel Review, the highest level of environmental and socio-economic assessement under YESAA.
Casino Mining Corporation looks forward to the opporunity to engage the broader public, in addition to Federal, Territorial and First Nation governments, and to demonstrate that the Casino mine can be built without significant adverse effects, throughout the Panel Review Process.
