Casino Mining Corp. Supports Student Achievement in Yukon Communities

Whitehorse, Yukon – Casino Mining Corp. (“Casino”) is pleased to recognize and extend the company’s congratulations to the following Yukon student recipients of the 2015 Casino Student Achievement Awards. They are:

Grade 8 and Grade 5 students Kylie Williams and Keyshawn Sawyer from Eliza Van Bibber School in Pelly Crossing; Grade 12 and Grade 4 students Brittany Stutsman and Lucas Bellmore-Mayer from Tantalus School in Carmacks; and, Grade 12 and Grade 6 students Emily Hume and Alyhea Justine “AJ” Soliguen from Robert Service School in Dawson City.

Established in 2014, the Casino Student Achievement Awards provide a bursary to students who demonstrate high academic achievement, a positive attitude, significant effort, strong participation in school activities and leadership skills.

“Casino is proud of its guiding principal to be more than just a mining company when it comes to recognizing and responding to the values of Yukon residents and communities,” said Casino President Paul West-Sells.  “Our entire Casino team extends sincere congratulations to this year’s award recipients and wishes all Yukon students success in school and in life.”
